AUBURN, Ala.- Celebrate Independence Day with the entire Auburn community on Thursday, July 4, at the field behind Duck Samford Stadium. Enjoy great food and treats for purchase, giveaways, free inflatables, children’s activities and music at this FREE community event.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. Families are encouraged to park at Duck Samford Stadium (1840 E. Glenn Ave.) or the Duck Samford and Bo Cavin baseball fields (333 Airport Road). The fireworks will be set off in a centrally located area. Duck Samford baseball fields 1-3 (1720 E. University Drive) will be closed to the public to accommodate the fireworks shoot site.

Fireworks will begin between 9-9:15 p.m. pending darkness. The rain date is Friday, July 5.
